I'm Joe Gandurski, former Deputy Chief of Detectives and Organized Crime for the Chicago Police Department. I have the experience, skill and expertise to help you meet your organizational goals, manage budgets,  provide leadership development, strategic planning protocols, and meet the increasing demands of law enforcement in the current climate of increased accountability and transparency.

  

Working with a trusted and competent network of professionals, I also provide "active shooter" training as mandated by many jurisdictions.
